Launch Program — $10,000

Start your own mobile billboard business — trained by operators who run one every day.

We take you from zero to booked campaigns: sourcing the right LED billboard truck, setting up your brand and business, building the marketing that brings in leads, and training you for your first 3 months.

What's Included

One program. Everything you need to launch.

A flat $10,000 covers the entire launch — four phases, start to finish.

01

Truck sourcing & inspection

We help you find the right LED billboard truck — new or used — and teach you exactly what to look for and what to walk away from. You get our inspection checklist for the screens (pixel pitch, dead modules, power supplies), the generator and hours, the drivetrain, and the body build itself. We review listings and photos with you, help you read service records, and flag the red flags that turn a cheap truck into an expensive mistake.

02

Brand & business setup

We set up your company the way an operator actually needs it: brand identity, a website built to convert quote requests into booked campaigns, your Google Business Profile, service and pricing structures, and the operational basics — from quoting templates to proof-of-play reporting your clients will expect.

03

Paid marketing for leads

A truck without leads is a parked asset. We set up your paid marketing campaigns — search ads, landing pages, and tracking — so prospects searching for mobile billboard advertising in your markets find you first. You learn where the real demand is, what clients pay, and how to price your routes so campaigns are profitable from day one.

04

3 months of training

For your first 3 months we train you hands-on: handling inbound leads, qualifying and quoting, writing proposals, closing deals, planning routes, and running the trucks themselves. You learn from our real campaigns — what sold, what didn't, and how to keep the calendar full.

$10,000 — one-time launch fee

No hourly billing, no surprise add-ons. One flat fee for the complete launch program, including 3 months of training after you're live.

  • Truck sourcing & full inspection guidance (new or used)
  • Brand identity, website & Google Business Profile
  • Paid marketing campaigns set up for lead generation
  • 3 months of hands-on training — leads, quoting, closing & operations
  • The truck purchase and your ad spend are paid directly by you — we guide the buying and set up the campaigns, but the money goes to the seller and the ad platforms, not to us.

Why learn this from us?

You learn from operators, not brokers

We run LED billboard trucks on paid client campaigns every week. Everything we teach comes from trucks that actually work — and actually make money.

We've bought and maintained the trucks

We know which screen specs matter, which generator issues hide in listings, and which builds hold up on real routes — because we maintain our own fleet.

Marketing that produces leads, not vanity metrics

We built our own lead engine from scratch. Yours gets the same search strategy, page structure, and quote funnel that brings us clients.
